- Safety – Classes must adhere to appropriate safety standards for the activities involved, ensuring the well-being of all participants.
- Inclusivity – Classes should be welcoming and respectful. If a class is designed for a specific group (e.g., age-based or gender-specific), the eligibility criteria must be clearly stated and reasonable.
- Pricing – Prices must be transparent with no hidden fees or unfair practices. Any additional costs (e.g., materials, equipment) should be disclosed upfront.
- Cancellation Policy – Service providers must have a clear cancellation and refund policy that outlines the conditions for refunds, rescheduling, and cancellations.
- Legal Compliance – Service providers must comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including intellectual property rights, data protection, and consumer rights. Classes that involve food handling, medical practices, or high-risk activities must meet health and safety regulations.

To maintain a safe and respectful platform, we do not allow classes that:

- suspending the service provider's account
- permanent ban from the platform
