At ClassHub, we strive to create a platform where users can
discover high-quality and trustworthy classes from professional service providers. To ensure a safe
and reliable experience, all classes must follow these guidelines:
General Publishing Guidelines
- Accuracy – All information provided in the class listing must be true, clear, and up-to-date.
- Description – The class listings must include:
- Learning objectives
- Class format
- Any prerequisites or materials required
- Safety – Classes must adhere to appropriate safety standards for the activities involved, ensuring the well-being of all participants.
- Inclusivity – Classes should be welcoming and respectful. If a class is designed for a specific group (e.g., age-based or gender-specific), the eligibility criteria must be clearly stated and reasonable.
- Pricing – Prices must be transparent with no hidden fees or unfair practices. Any additional costs (e.g., materials, equipment) should be disclosed upfront.
- Cancellation Policy – Service providers must have a clear cancellation and refund policy that outlines the conditions for refunds, rescheduling, and cancellations.
- Legal Compliance – Service providers must comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including intellectual property rights, data protection, and consumer rights. Classes that involve food handling, medical practices, or high-risk activities must meet health and safety regulations.
Prohibited Content
To maintain a safe and respectful platform, we do not allow classes that:
- Promote violence, hate speech, or discrimination
- Include misleading, false, or deceptive information
- Contain explicit, inappropriate, or offensive content
- Involve illegal or harmful activities
- Violate intellectual property rights or copyright laws
Expertise and Qualifications
Service providers are not required to submit proof of expertise by default. However, for certain classes, we may request it. If requested, the class may be put on hold until the necessary information is provided.
Compliance and Enforcement
Failure to comply with these policies may result in:
- rejection or removal of the class listing
- suspending the service provider's account
- permanent ban from the platform
As long as your classes meet the required standards, comply with the law, and provide a safe, respectful environment for participants, everything should be good. We’re here to support you in offering great classes, and as long as there’s no violation of these guidelines, we should be smooth sailing.
Thank you for ensuring ClassHub remains a trusted platform for learning!
