This event is designed to help you slow down, switch off from the busy week, and enjoy meaningful conversation beyond everyday small talk.
The evening begins with a short grounding practice to help you settle in, followed by a shared cacao drink. You’ll then be invited into a guided group conversation, with simple prompts to help spark reflection and connection.
There’s no pressure to share; you’re welcome to simply listen and take part at your own pace.
The evening finishes with a plant-based dinner and dessert, included in your ticket, with time to continue chatting in a relaxed, social setting.
