This guided Yoga Nidra session invites you to slow down and settle the body, mind, and breath. Through gentle awareness practices and calming visualizations, Emma will guide you into a state of deep rest where your nervous system can begin to unwind and reset.
The space will be thoughtfully prepared to support stillness and ease, with soft lighting, grounding scents, and a soundscape designed to evoke a sense of safety. All comforts are provided — mats, blankets, bolsters — though you're welcome to bring anything personal that helps you feel completely relaxed.
