A deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra experience by the ocean, designed to help calm the mind, release tension, and restore a sense of inner stillness.
Using guided meditation and gentle relaxation techniques, this session invites participants into a restful state between waking and sleeping, while the rhythm of the waves creates a calming backdrop for the practice. Inspired by the concept of “Blue Mind,” the evening encourages relaxation, clarity, and a deeper sense of connection away from daily stress and overstimulation.
Mats, cushions, blankets, and eye masks are provided for comfort, and guests are welcome to bring any additional cosy items.
