A deeply restorative Yoga Nidra experience created to honour the Winter Solstice through rest, stillness, and quiet inner reflection.
Guided through breathwork, body awareness, and gentle visualisation, participants are invited into a deeply relaxed state between waking and sleeping, allowing the body to release tension, the nervous system to unwind, and the mind to settle into calm awareness. Inspired by the slower rhythm of winter, the evening encourages deep rest, nourishment, and quiet inner reflection.

The session is led by Nicola of Namaste Nicola, an experienced yoga teacher with more than 20 years of teaching across Australia and New Zealand. Her gentle and grounding approach draws on yoga philosophy and restorative practices including yoga nidra, hatha, and yin yoga.
Mats, cushions, and blankets are provided, and guests are welcome to bring any additional cosy items for extra comfort.
