Whether you choose to sing, meditate, dance, or simply listen, you're invited to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the experience at your own pace.
No previous experience is needed, and everyone is welcome. The mantras are easy to follow, with lyrics displayed on screen, making it simple for first-time participants to join in.
Comfortable seating and cushions are provided. Wear comfortable clothing suitable for sitting and light movement. There is no need to bring instruments or yoga mats.
This is a family-friendly event, and children are welcome. Parents are kindly asked to be mindful of both the quiet reflective moments and the more energetic parts of the evening.
