What happens during a session?

Sessions are gently structured to help participants feel comfortable and supported throughout the experience.

They usually unfold in four phases:

  • Welcome and connection
    A moment to arrive, settle in and connect with the group in a respectful and open environment

  • Discovery and guidance
    An introduction to the meditation and creative approach for the session

  • Creative process
    Time to explore through drawing, painting or other forms of artistic expression

  • Sharing and reflection
    An opportunity to share, if you wish, and connect with others through what has been created

This balance between guidance and freedom allows each person to move at their own pace.
