Take an hour just for yourself.
This gentle Yoga Flow invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and move in a way that feels supportive and nourishing. The class blends mindful movement with light strength work and spacious stretches, finishing with a deeply relaxing rest.
You’ll begin by settling into your breath and arriving fully in the space. From there, we’ll build gradually into a smooth, easy-to-follow flow with options to explore balance, mobility, and strength at your own level. The final part of the class focuses on unwinding the body and ending in a calm, restorative savasana.
This session is open to teens and adults of all experience levels. Whether you’re completely new to yoga, returning after time away, or practising regularly, you’ll be able to adapt each movement to suit your body. Clear guidance and variations are offered throughout so you can choose what feels right.
Parents and caregivers are welcome to attend. Quiet, supervised children may sit nearby.
What you’ll need
Bring your own yoga mat and wear clothing you can move comfortably in. You’re welcome to use props such as a block, strap, towel, cushion, or water bottle. A light blanket can make the final relaxation even more comfortable.
