A relaxed, one-hour Yoga Flow class focused on gentle movement, stretching, and mindful strength. Each session includes:
• Centering breathwork and a short guided arrival
• A warm-up and accessible flow sequence
• Balance, strength, and mobility options
• Gentle stretches
• A calming savasana to finish
Classes are beginner-friendly, with variations for those who practice regularly. You’ll leave feeling relaxed, grounded, and refreshed.
All ages and abilities are welcome (teens and adults).
New to yoga or returning after a break? You’re very welcome.
Options are offered throughout the class so you can move at your own pace.
Parents and caregivers are welcome. Quiet, supervised children may sit nearby.
Please bring your own yoga mat.
You’re welcome to bring any props you enjoy (block, strap, towel, cushion, water bottle).
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in.
If you like extra support, a small blanket can be helpful.

• Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to set up
• If you have any injuries or medical considerations, let the instructor know before class and practice within your comfort
