Curious about pole fitness but not sure where to start? Our 5-Week Intro to Pole Course is the perfect entry point for absolute beginners (valued at $135)! 

Over five progressive weeks, you’ll learn the foundational skills of pole, including basic grips, spins, transitions, and beginner-friendly holds — all in a supportive, inclusive environment. We focus on safe technique, body awareness, and building strength and confidence at your own pace.

By the end of the course, you’ll have a strong grasp of the pole fundamentals and be fully prepared to join our Beginner Level Pole classes.

No experience or upper body strength required — just bring your curiosity and a willingness to try something new!

At the end of the 5 weeks, you’ll have the skills and confidence to move into our Beginner Level Pole classes!

We offer two options to suit your goals:

Option 1: Intro to Pole Course Only

Includes one weekly Intro to Pole class for 5 weeks.

Perfect for those who want to focus solely on learning the basics of pole.

Option 2: Intro to Pole + Flexibility Package

Includes one weekly Intro to Pole class plus one weekly flexibility class for 5 weeks.

Ideal if you want to build strength, mobility, and body awareness alongside your pole training. Flexibility work supports injury prevention, improves your range of motion, and helps you progress more confidently on the pole.

No experience or upper body strength required — just bring your curiosity and we’ll take care of the rest!
