This eight-week class incorporates both beginner and continuing levels in a friendly, easy-going general mat class. For those who are completely new to Pilates and feel they would benefit from a term of foundational Pilates, we hold Pilates for Beginners classes too.
All ages and fitness levels catered for. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a warm layer. Bring a yoga mat or blanket/towel for floor exercises.
Please note: There is no refund or transfer if you cancel less than 5 working days in advance of a class starting.
