This creative school holiday workshop introduces children aged 6–11 to the Japanese art of Notan collage through hands-on mixed media exploration and paper-based design.
Guided by tutor Ruth Thomas, young artists will experiment with shapes, contrast and composition while creating their own unique collage artwork using a variety of papers and creative techniques. The workshop encourages imagination, artistic confidence and playful creativity in a supportive studio environment.
Suitable for children who enjoy art, crafts and creative projects during the school holidays.
All materials are supplied, including smocks to help keep clothing clean.
Please bring a drink bottle and morning tea.
Please note: wheelchair access into the school and Ceramics Studio is available via the top driveway entrance. Some studio spaces are accessible only via internal stairs.
