Alina honed her skills in various styles, from classical ballet to Dancehall, from an early age. Her first steps in Salsa were in 2019. Over the past 6 years, Alina has performed with various Latin dance schools in Salsa and Bachata. She was an assistant teacher at events like NZ Salsa Congress, Queenstown Salsa Festival, BachAotearoa, and Ritmo Caribeno. Alina was invited to join Latinissimo Dance in 2021 as an assistant instructor. Now taking on her own journey, she became an independent artist. She is developing her skills further by learning from NZ teachers and overseas artists to be able to teach her students basics, fundamental concepts, and structure for beginners in Salsa.In 2023 Alina went through an intensive 1 year mentorship programme at EnBeat Dance Academy, NZ where she learned the fundamentals of Hip-Hop and Grooves, High Heels technique, and basics of Vogue and Arm Control.
