A nervous-system-focused somatic breathwork workshop designed to help ease stress, release tension, and build resilience through deeper body awareness and conscious breathing practices.
Returning to Center invites participants to reconnect with the body and breath during the colder winter months, creating space for calm, clarity, and emotional steadiness. Through guided somatic breathwork techniques, the workshop explores grounding practices that support nervous system regulation, body awareness, and relaxation.
Suitable for beginners as well as anyone feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, chronically tense, or disconnected from their body. The session offers a gentle and supportive approach to restoration without pressure or intense cathartic practices.
The workshop is led by integrative somatic coach and breathwork facilitator Lynn Tiang, whose approach combines somatic breathwork, mindfulness, and nervous system support in a trauma-aware and supportive environment focused on calm, connection, and sustainable wellbeing.
Mats, blankets, and pillows are provided, and guests are welcome to bring any additional items for extra comfort.
