Clear winter’s heaviness and awaken your natural aliveness through a gentle somatic breathwork journey into greater clarity and presence.

Starts at 6pm. Please try to arrive by 5:45pm so we can get everyone into the event and start on time at 6pm.

Spring is a threshold, the season the body naturally wants to clear out, lighten, and open.

Spring Cleanse & Rise is a 60-minute somatic breathwork journey that works on two levels at once. First, we clear: releasing the heaviness, fog, and holding that can settle in over winter. Then, from that cleaner, quieter space, we open, using the breath as a doorway into a deeper, more spacious state of awareness.

Because when the body has less to carry, something else can move. A subtle, rising sense of aliveness. A feeling of connection to something larger and quieter within you. Many people describe it as coming home to a part of themselves they'd forgotten was there.

This is that experience made accessible, no belief system required, no experience needed. Just your breath, a safe and consent-led container, and a willingness to meet what opens.

Through a trauma-aware breathwork arc, we'll support your system to:

  • release the stagnation, weight, and fatigue carried through winter
  • soften the guarding that keeps you stuck in your head
  • let a natural, rising energy move up and through the body
  • open, gently, into a more expansive and connected state of awareness

You'll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and quietly awake, grounded in your body and open to more.

Who this is for

This session is for you if:

  • you can feel spring's shift but you're still carrying winter in your body
  • you've felt heavy, foggy, flat, or stuck in your head
  • your chest or breath has felt tight, shallow, or braced
  • you're curious about deeper, more expansive states, but put off by dogma or jargon
  • you want something that genuinely lands in the body, not just another idea to think about
  • you're new to breathwork and want a welcoming, choice-based space to begin

What to expect

  • Arrival (consent + information), chair, side-lying, and low-intensity options available
  • Guided breath arrival and brief body scan to ground and centre
  • Breath demonstration + choice of intensity tracks (including a gentle nasal-only option)
  • A guided somatic breathwork arc, clearing first, then opening, steady and body-led
  • Optional movement to support release (micro-shakes, shaking, or gentle unwinding)
  • Space to rest in whatever opens, spacious, quiet, supported
  • Integration rest + grounding
  • Closing reflection (brief journaling prompt or quiet pause)

Benefits you may notice

You might experience:

  • a lighter body and a clearer, more spacious mind
  • more warmth, aliveness, and energy moving through you
  • a felt sense of connection, presence, and inner spaciousness
  • emotional release without overwhelm
  • deeper, easier breathing
  • a steadier, more awake baseline that stays with you
