A nurturing evening of slow, restorative Yin Yoga accompanied by the soothing sounds of singing bowls and handpan.
Through gentle, supported poses and calming sound vibrations, you’ll be invited to soften the body, quiet the mind, and settle into a deeper state of relaxation.

Meet Your Host: Lynn
Lynn Tiang is an Integrative Somatic Coach, breathwork facilitator, and Reiki practitioner based in Aotearoa, New Zealand. Her work combines somatic breathwork, Yoga, Reiki, and life coaching to support nervous system regulation, emotional wellbeing, and grounded personal transformation in a practical, trauma-aware way.
Meet Your Host: Alexandra
Alexandra is a sound healing practitioner devoted to nurturing healing in both mind and body. She believes that sound vibration holds the power to expand consciousness and restore harmony and balance in our lives.

Kim Andrews is a Wellington-based musician, percussionist and drum teacher with a background in jazz performance and a deep love of music as a space for connection and presence.
