Lately, he’s been exploring the delicate and artful world of Japanese cooking, crafting plant-based sushi that’s as beautiful as it is flavourful. Balarama’s goal is to make food that feels nourishing, thoughtful, and easy to enjoy—like a home-cooked meal made with heart. With his calm, down-to-earth style, he makes even the most intricate dishes feel approachable.
