In this fun introduction to lampworking, you’ll learn the basic techniques for shaping colourful glass into miniature decorations, then use what you’ve learned to create your own tiny festive designs. From juicy fruits and colourful vegetables to cupcakes, doughnuts, berries and other sweet treats, there are plenty of possibilities – and you can let your imagination take over!
Your finished glass pieces can be turned into drink holder charms – perfect for adding a playful personal touch to your Christmas table, summer drinks or festive celebrations. They also make lovely handmade gifts for friends and family.
No previous experience is needed – although some pre-existing skills would help to achieve more intricate projects. Everyone is welcome – just bring your imagination and get ready to play with glass!
