A low-impact, fullbody workout combining ballet, Pilates, and strength training to sculpt, tone, and improve flexibility

Sculpt, tone, and strengthen in our Barre class at Onyx Fitness Studio. This low-impact, full-body workout mixes elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training, using small, controlled movements and high repetitions. You’ll work your core, arms, glutes, and legs while improving balance, flexibility, and posture. Set to great music in a supportive environment, this class is suitable for all levels. We use light weights, resistance bands, and the barre to add intensity — no dance experience needed.
