Explore the hidden alchemy of your kitchen and turn everyday objects into striking, hand-pulled art.
Explore the hidden alchemy of your kitchen and turn everyday objects into striking, hand-pulled art. This eco-friendly workshop invites creators of all levels to discover the romance of printmaking.
We explore two mediums:
- Tetra Pak Etching: Use the Tetra Pak as your matrix, score delicate lines into the plastic lining surface, peel back layers to expose deep tones and textures, apply rich ink into the grooves, and transfer your design onto paper with the press.
- Aluminium Foil Lithography: Draw freely on household foil with greasy medium, use Coca-Cola to etch and lock in the image, roll on ink, and watch the image transform into expressive art, as multiple art prints created by you.
All materials are included.
