Course outline:
- Overview of Korean cuisine: Introduction to key dishes: banchan (side dishes) and guk (soup)
- Safety and hygiene guidelines
- Menu of the day (example*):
- Dish 1: Simple banchan (e.g., seasoned spinach)
- Dish 2: Basic guk (e.g., soybean paste soup) or Main dish (e.g., bulgogi)
- Plating & Presentation Korean meals. Tips for making dishes look colourful and balanced
- Group tasting. Sharing feedback and experiences
