Mediterranean Cooking Extravaganza
Travel the Mediterranean from your own kitchen in this hands-on cooking course exploring the vibrant flavours of the region.
You’ll discover signature dishes from countries including Italy, France, Spain, Greece, Turkey and Egypt, while learning traditional cooking techniques and flavour combinations that make Mediterranean cuisine so popular around the world.
During the course you will:
• Learn authentic Mediterranean cooking techniques
• Prepare classic dishes from different Mediterranean countries
• Explore the use of fresh herbs, spices and seasonal ingredients
• Experience the diverse flavours of Mediterranean cuisine
Please note
• An additional $100 ingredients fee is payable directly to the tutor at the first class.
• Please bring an apron, tea towel and a small container for any leftovers.
