Enjoy a relaxing evening yoga class designed to support your overall wellbeing. These sessions combine gentle movement, breathing techniques and deep relaxation to help you unwind and improve flexibility, strength and balance.
The class welcomes participants of all abilities and offers a supportive environment to practise at your own pace.
During the course you will explore:

• Mindful movement and body awareness
• Guided relaxation to reduce stress
Please bring your own yoga mat or rug to each class.
Please note this class is not suitable for pregnant participants.
