Learn how to cook authentic Thai cuisine in this hands-on cooking course led by an experienced chef. You’ll explore the rich flavours, fresh herbs and fragrant spices that make Thai food so distinctive and loved around the world.
Chef Phol, an executive chef with more than 40 years of experience, will guide you through a range of traditional Thai dishes, including soups, stir-fries, curries and noodle dishes.
During the course you will:
• Learn techniques used in traditional Thai cooking
• Prepare classic Thai dishes using fresh ingredients
• Explore flavour combinations of herbs, spices and sauces
• Discover the Thai art of fruit and vegetable carving to create decorative garnishes

• An additional $60 ingredients fee is payable directly to the tutor at the first class.
• Please bring an apron, tea towel and a small container for any leftovers.
