An uplifting and practical course designed for adults who want to feel their best today while building habits for a vibrant future.

An uplifting and practical course designed for adults who want to feel their best today while building habits for a vibrant future. Aimed primarily at people in their 40s and above, this course blends the latest knowledge on healthy ageing with simple, achievable steps you can start using right away.

Across weekly sessions, you'll explore four key pillars of longevity: smart and enjoyable exercise, nutrition for a changing body, sharpening and protecting your mental agility, and lifestyle choices that boost energy, resilience and wellbeing.

This course is ideal for anyone who wants to stay strong, confident and engaged in life—whether you're already active or just beginning to think about your long-term health. Sessions are friendly, motivating and down-to-earth, with plenty of time for questions, discussion and personal reflection.

Course Outline:

  • Week 1 — Introduction to Longevity: We begin with an inspiring overview of what ageing can look like today. You'll learn the key factors that influence long-term health and set simple, personalised goals. We explore social connection, purpose, environment, habits and daily rituals that support lifelong wellbeing.
  • Week 2 — Exercise for Strength and Mobility: We explore how movement protects muscles, bones and balance as we age. You'll learn what types of exercise make the biggest difference and how to build an enjoyable, sustainable routine.
  • Week 3 — Exercise for Heart, Metabolism and Energy: A deeper look at cardiovascular fitness, metabolic health and recovery. Includes guidance on intensity, progression and preventing injury.
  • Week 4 — Nutrition for a Changing Body: We cover how nutritional needs evolve over time, the role of protein, carbohydrates, fats, fibre and hydration, and how to build meals that support stable energy and long-term health.
  • Week 5 — Mental Dexterity & Cognitive Wellbeing: Discover engaging ways to strengthen memory, focus and creativity. We also discuss stress management, sleep, and the powerful connection between movement and brain health.

Each session will contain case studies, habit-building strategies, personal planning and time for Q&A. Participants leave the session feeling empowered, informed and excited about their future health.
