Led by Ha Nguyen, you’ll learn how to recreate a variety of fresh and flavourful dishes using ingredients that can be easily found in New Zealand. From light and aromatic recipes to comforting classics, this course introduces the balance of flavours that makes Vietnamese cuisine so widely loved.
