Moonbase: The Next Step explores humanity’s bold vision of returning to the Moon and building a sustainable presence beyond Earth.
Travel 250,000 miles into space and discover the scientific and technological breakthroughs required to survive in the Moon’s extreme environment, including reduced gravity, dramatic temperature shifts and hazardous lunar dust.
Created for an immersive 360° full-dome experience, this show brings audiences face-to-face with the challenges, risks and wonder of establishing a lunar base.
The programme includes a 20-minute animated feature followed by a live presenter-led session exploring the Moon in more depth.
Total duration: 50 minutes.
School holiday special: daytime planetarium shows are just $12.
