Explore the deeper patterns behind overthinking and learn how to gently shift them.
Explore the deeper patterns behind overthinking and learn how to gently shift them.
In this workshop, we’ll look at why the mind can get stuck in cycles of worry, doubt, and constant replay. Inspired by the ideas of Carl Jung, we’ll explore how the unconscious mind, the shadow, and unresolved inner tensions can keep these patterns in place. We’ll also touch on how the nervous system and body become used to these loops, reinforcing the cycle of busy thoughts and emotional restlessness.
You’ll be guided through simple, practical exercises using FasterEFT and principles of neuroplasticity, tools designed to help retrain the brain and bring you back to a sense of calm and clarity.
By the end of the session, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of where overthinking comes from, along with easy techniques you can use anytime to interrupt mental loops, regulate your nervous system, and create more inner balance.
This is an interactive workshop where you’ll have the opportunity to connect with others on a similar journey. Often, we carry similar challenges beneath the surface, and exploring them together can make the process of growth feel more supportive and accessible.
The workshop will be followed by a delicious plant-based dinner together, all included in your ticket!
