As the season shifts, this guided Yoga Nidra session invites you to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself. Through gentle guidance and visualisation, you’ll be supported to let go of what no longer serves you and gather a sense of calm, clarity, and inner warmth.
This practice is often described as “yogic sleep”, a state between waking and sleeping where the body can fully relax while the mind remains aware.
What to expect:
• a guided Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) session
• gentle imagery and seasonal reflection
• a calm and nurturing environment
• space to rest, reset, and recharge
Yoga mats, blankets, and cushions are provided. You’re welcome to bring extra layers or anything that helps you feel more comfortable.
