Enjoy a full day of hands-on chocolate making and learn the essential techniques behind creating beautifully crafted artisan chocolates. This immersive workshop is ideal for beginners, food lovers, and anyone curious about how their favourite treats are made.
During the session, you’ll explore how chocolate is produced, learn about different types of couverture, and practise tempering to achieve a smooth, glossy finish and perfect snap. You’ll be guided through moulding, flavouring, decorating, and filling your own chocolates using professional tools and easy-to-follow methods.
By the end of the day, you’ll take home a selection of your handmade creations, such as truffles, moulded chocolates, or flavoured bites, along with the confidence to continue experimenting at home.
All ingredients are included in the course fee. Please bring a tea towel, a container to transport your chocolates, and an apron if you wish.
