You’ll work in pairs (or come with a friend) to prepare a selection of authentic Italian dishes inspired by Umbrian cuisine. Learn how to make a comforting lentil soup, ricotta and spinach gnocchi, and a light buttery sage and tomato sauce.
The workshop is led by experienced tutor Tracey Sunderland.
