Take your coffee-making skills to the next level by learning the art of silky milk texturing and professional latte art pouring techniques.
This hands-on workshop is designed for people who already know the basics of espresso making and want to improve their milk steaming and pouring skills. Guided by tutor Isabella Brown, participants will learn how to create smooth, glossy milk and pour classic latte art patterns with confidence.
The course combines theory and practical coffee machine training, with plenty of opportunities to practise and receive personalised tips and feedback.

Who should attend?
Suitable for home or professional baristas who already understand the basics of espresso making and can confidently operate an espresso machine.
What to bring
Please bring your lunch. You may also bring your favourite milk jug and a cup you regularly use for coffee. If you have a coffee machine at home, you may be able to bring it for practice. Please contact the organiser to discuss.
TEC course fee subsidy
Eligible New Zealand citizens, residents, refugees and some qualifying spouses may be able to access a subsidised course fee through TEC funding. Additional eligibility conditions apply.
