A journey into joy, felt in the body, opened in the heart, and expressed through movement, creativity, and connection
A journey into joy, felt in the body, opened in the heart, and expressed through movement, creativity, and connection.
What if joy wasn’t something to chase… but something to remember?
This one-day retreat is an immersive journey into the many expressions of joy. How we feel it in the body, sense it in the heart, and express it through movement, creativity, and connection.
Through a carefully curated blend of practices, you’ll be invited to tune in, listen, move and reconnect with joy as a lived, embodied experience, rather than an idea or something to chase.
🌼 What we will explore together
Somatic movement – awaken aliveness, ease, and presence in the body
Guided meditation – reconnect with your heart and a sense of inner awareness
Connection-based practices – deepen connection with joy in a gentle and guided way
Art Yoga & sensory exploration – use colors, crafts, and creative expression as a pathway to joy
These practices are woven together intentionally, allowing joy to be felt, explored, and expressed in multiple ways: physical, emotional, creative, and relational.
This is not about forcing happiness or performing joy.
It is about remembering a state of joy, feeling it fully, and learning how to carry it beyond the retreat into daily life.
🌼 This retreat is for you if:

You feel curious about joy and how it lives in your body
