Big Wave: No Room for Error is an immersive fulldome documentary that explores the extreme world of big wave surfing.
Through the lens of award-winning photographer and filmmaker Bo Bridges, the film captures the narrow line between triumph and danger at some of the world’s most powerful surf breaks. Viewers follow the journey of Tahitian surfer Heimiti Fierro as she works to overcome fear and face the legendary waves of Teahupo’o.
The experience takes audiences beneath crystal-clear waters and across dramatic coastlines in French Polynesia, Portugal and Hawaii, placing them close to towering waves and razor-sharp coral reefs. It offers a rare insight into both the physical forces of the ocean and the mindset of surfers who push the limits of what is possible.
The film is accompanied by a powerful soundtrack featuring music by Pearl Jam, Glass Animals and original compositions by Emmy Award–winning composer Didier Lean Rachou.
