With over 20 years of experience in the culinary and hospitality industries - from managing restaurants across Europe and Asia to running her own cake design business - Lina brings not only technical expertise, but also a genuine passion for sharing the joy of decorating.
Known for her friendly, engaging style and eye for detail, Lina will guide you through each step of the process - from building cakes and decorating including palette knife and gum-paste techniques, to using buttercream and creating a centrepiece.
Whether you're a complete beginner or simply want to sharpen your decorating skills, you'll leave with new techniques, confidence, and of course, your own edible masterpiece.

You will leave with a tall 6” decorated cake in its own cake box to take home and enjoy. All ingredients included in course fee - just bring an apron and a couple of teatowels.
Not suitable for those who are gluten-free.
