Led by Mei-Fen Sundgren, who is passionate about Asian cuisine, you’ll learn how to recreate popular Singaporean dishes using locally available ingredients. Singaporean food is known for its rich flavours and mild spice, with flexibility to adjust to your taste.

This is a collaborative, hands-on workshop where participants typically work in pairs or small groups.

Some ingredients are provided. A list of additional ingredients (approx. $35) will be shared before the course starts.
