Build the confidence to speak up, the skills to be heard, and the presence to lead.
Build the confidence to speak up, the skills to be heard, and the presence to lead.
Build the confidence to speak up, the skills to be heard, and the presence to lead. This practical evening course brings together public speaking, interpersonal communication, and personal leadership into one focused programme designed for real life.
Each session is hands-on and low-pressure. You will learn a simple structure for any talk, practise opening strong and finishing with clarity, and develop techniques for managing nerves so you can think on your feet. Beyond the podium, you will explore how to communicate so that people truly listen, build self-belief as the foundation for professional growth, and strengthen your ability to motivate and collaborate in teams.
We work through real situations you will actually face: introductions, workplace updates, interviews, community events, and group discussions. Supportive peer feedback and reusable checklists mean you leave each week with something you can apply immediately.
No prior experience needed. English learners welcome. You will finish the course with practical tools, genuine confidence, and a voice you trust.
