Learn to cook popular Asian appetisers perfect for parties and everyday snacking.
Learn how to prepare a selection of popular Asian appetisers that you can easily recreate at home. This hands-on cooking class explores flavours and techniques from Indian, Thai, Vietnamese, Korean, Chinese and Japanese cuisine, focusing on bite-sized dishes ideal for entertaining or everyday snacking.
Recipes may include favourites such as pakoras, samosas, chaat, dahi puri, chicken tikka, potato cutlets, lamb kebabs, prawn wontons, spring rolls, dumplings, fritters and peanut sauce. The exact menu may vary depending on seasonal ingredients and group preferences.
An additional $40 ingredient contribution is payable directly to the tutor at the first session.
Please bring an apron, tea towel and small containers to take food home. Participants will receive a small starter spice pack to continue cooking beyond the course.
