School Holiday Robotics Workshop – Mars Rover
Spend part of the school holidays exploring robotics and space science in this hands-on workshop at Stardome.
In this 4-hour session, children will build their own LEGO Mars Rover and learn the basics of rover design and simple coding to navigate a simulated Martian landscape. Guided by Stardome’s education team, participants will experiment with robotics while discovering how real rovers explore the surface of Mars.
Each workshop also includes a visit to the planetarium, adding an extra space-themed planetarium experience to the day.
This drop-off programme is designed for children aged 7-14 and runs from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
