This workshop explores the balance between Yin and Yang energies, quiet and active, receptive and expressive. Through guided somatic breathwork and gentle energy practices, you will be supported to release tension, reset your nervous system, and feel more grounded and revitalised.
This is a welcoming space for anyone looking to slow down, recharge, and reconnect with themselves in a supportive environment.

Yoga mats and blankets are provided. You are welcome to bring extra layers, water, or anything that helps you feel comfortable.
