Making zines is the easiest and most versatile way to create and share ideas offline. Come join a growing art community and learn how to make zines. There are no technical skills required – only the desire to bring your ideas to life on folded paper.
What is a zine? A zine is a hand made, self published magazine/booklet that provides an independent, self-publising platform for creative self-expression and alternative view points.
What to bring?
- Any materials ie newspaper & magazine images & words, scrap paper, basically anything you may want to include in your zine that can be glued to paper.
- Markers, pencils, paints you may want to work with.
- Glue stick, scissors, ruler
Paper and additional materials will be on hand at the workshop.
Please note:
Wheelchair access into the school and Ceramics Studio is located at the top of the driveway to the left of the main house.
