Onehunga High School Adult Learning Centre
This practical, one-day First Aid course is designed for adult groups who want to learn essential life-saving skills in a supportive, hands-on environment.
Led by a certified trainer, you’ll learn how to assess an emergency situation, respond safely, and provide care until professional medical help arrives. The course covers basic life support (including CPR) and essential first aid techniques for common injuries and emergencies.
Training is interactive and scenario-based, helping you build confidence and be prepared to act when it matters most.
NZQA-registered learners can earn two credits upon successful completion.
This course is ideal for workplaces, community groups, or friends looking to train together. Groups of up to 12 participants are supported, with flexible delivery options. Training can be held at the provider’s venue or delivered at your location, with all equipment provided.
