Join us for a fun and flavourful evening of Spanish cooking, perfect for a date night!
Your chef will organise you in pairs (or you may already be attending with a friend). You and your cooking partner will work together to create the famous 'Gilda tapa' of olives, pepperoncini, green olives and anchovy. Cook a Spanish potato egg tortilla, serve as a tapa. Then create a smoky baked Spanish chicken dish with peppers, cannellini beans & chorizo.
Take home the skills to recreate these dishes for any special occasion, or simply enjoy a cozy, delicious evening in the company of your loved ones.
