This workshop will give you an overview of digital marketing. You'll learn about digital channels and funnels, and how to identify your audience demographics and behaviour. You'll also find out what the 'internet of things' means; how to create an online persona; how to identify your own business channel; and the key steps for creating your digital journey. This course will evolve to reflect the latest information in social media for business. Bring your smartphone as you'll get started on your journey during the course.

Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) course fee subsidy: This course offers a course fee subsidy through funding from the Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) for NZ citizens, those who hold a residency-class visa, and individuals granted refugee status. Registrants must be aged 16 years or older and not currently enrolled at a secondary school.
