Strengthen and tone your body in this energising Pilates class focused on core stability, posture and controlled movement. The sessions combine low-impact exercises with mindful breathing to help improve flexibility, balance and overall body awareness.
This class is suitable for beginners as well as those returning to movement or looking to build strength and improve posture in a supportive environment.
During the sessions you will focus on:

• Improving posture and flexibility
• Coordinating breath with movement
Expect a balanced workout that gently challenges the whole body while helping you feel more aligned, energised and relaxed.
Please bring your own exercise mat to each class.
