This exciting 3-hour class uses the Enamel technique to focus on beautiful enamels on copper. It is a wonderful way to create colourful pieces that can be tiny artworks that can also become jewellery!
We will use pre-formed copper shapes, so we can focus on applying the colorful glass powders, and milifiori.
Using a special kiln, the pieces will be fired, fusing the glass to the metal.
Part playing with colour, part alchemy, this technique is great for beginners as well as those with experience.
Kids aged 12 (or so) are welcome to attend the class, but an enrolled parent or caregiver must accompany any person under the age of 16.
